Call for abstracts: Muslim Converts in Britain and Beyond: Transitions and Transformations

The Muslim in Britain Research Network and Centre for the Study of Islam in the UK invite submissions for academic papers and professional contributions to a one-day conference about Muslim converts in Europe.  This interdisciplinary conference is open to academic scholars, non-academic professionals and practitioners, and members of religious communities. This conference will take place at Cardiff University on 9th January, 2025.

Please use this form to submit the title and abstract (description) of your 15-minute presentation, this should be no longer than 300 words. We will also require a short bio that describes your work and research interests (50 words max).

Your abstract should address one or more of the conference questions. The call for papers can be found here

Abstract submission closes on 31st October 2024. You will be notified of the outcome by the 15th of November.
